Why we need Immunity?
You know these super-speed, strength, and invisibility are all fiction based they are not real. But what do real is Immunity!

Immunity? How is that a superpower?
Immunity means being protected from something and being unaffected or not bothered by it. Let's say you have immunity to heat - this means heat can't bother you whatsoever - walking up to hot molten lava (about 2,000 degrees F!) would be no different than walking up to a river.
Amazingly, we already have a form of this superpower because of our immune system. Our immune system protects us and helps fight off disease. Microorganisms, small microscopic organisms, and viruses are everywhere. Ever thought about how many are on that door you just opened? Many microbes and viruses can cause disease and are termed pathogens.
With all these pathogens around, why aren't we sick every single moment? The answer is our immune system gives us different types of immunity to protect us from the disease. There are two main types of immunity: innate, also called natural or inherited, and adaptive.
What is Innate Immunity?
"Non-specific defenses present from birth."
What is Adaptive Immunity?
"The immunity that develops during a lifetime"
Adaptive Immunity is also called Acquired Immunity because it is acquiring the immune system throughout his lifetime.
And there are two types of adaptive immunity: Natural Immunity and Artificial Immunity
What is Active Immunity?
"Immunity you develop after being exposed to an infection or from getting a vaccine"
Naturally, we can get active Immunity from antibodies that made after exposure to an infection
Artificially we can get active Immunity from Antibodies made after getting a vaccination
What is Passive Immunity?
"Immunity you acquire from someone or something else"
Naturally, we can get passive immunity from Antibodies transmitted from mother to baby (via mother's milk)
Artificially we can get passive immunity from antibodies acquired from an immune serum medicine
